Useless bad fnb

First they deducted the wrong amounts end september, promised to give it back,refund happened 3 weeks after promise. This week on my banking app it showed wrong amounts to be deducted. I phoned ,they phoned, promised the banking app is wrong it's not being deducted . Today,the wring amount has been deducted again. USELESS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!
