Useless!!!

It's been 3 months and I have still been assisted. The issue happened again yesterday. I When I went to bed, I had R160 and some change, I woke left with R100 and some change, I spoke to one of the agents and AGAIN they telling me that I have pending transactions of R110 and some change but I have already paid for these transactions, i don't understand why am being charged when transactions are being banked, while I pay R260 of bank fees and R340 of service fees but at the end of the day when merchants bank I am still charged for that. I am done with FNB. This August is my last month using them for my salary, to hell with their benefits. This is bull****.
