USELESS

I only needed to have an online profile to use for paypal services. I was offered an account but wanted to think about it, boy am I glad I did not.

So this is apparently an innovative bank, however it takes 12 days to ONLY activate an online profile, what annoys me most is that I sent a clear copy of my ID which is CERTIFIED and the "innovative bank" rejects it because it is not in color. I was so shocked, my current bank approved me for a loan with the same ID, I opened an investment account with an investment company using the same ID which is certified within 3 months.

And whenever you call to follow up they tell you about a KYC department like its in another planet, mind you they rejected the ID 6 business days later!!!!!!!!!!!! DISSAPPOINTIG
