Useless

I have this unauthorised debit transaction that has reoccurred and this FNB banker asked about range and terms and conditions. Honestly very angry because Fnb allows debit orders to be done without any notice nor warning ... this bank is not only super expensive but it doesn’t do what it promises to do... Fnb is so hateful!!
