Useless atm's

Pathetic atm experience yet again. Tried to use the atm locally, yesterday it was down, today when I tried to use it, it immediately spit my card out the second i finished typing in my pin, And I tried 4 times. I tried a Capitec card, and it took it no problem, ready to let me withdraw money. But my FNB card was spat out with no explanation other than "This transaction cannot be processed, please try another atm, or contact the local branch." What transaction, I didnt even get to see any menu options, and what branch? The local one was closed down for reconstruction and the mobile atm that was placed there (4 atm's) are always broken!
