Useless at ***** transactions
I have been on the phone for 2 hours and each time i get transferred to another unqualified staff member who doesn't know the difference between 1 & 2
3 hours later and I have still not been able to reverse a unauthorized amount. Secure chat staff is just as useless and your APP doesn't work either. Pathetic and I want my money back immediately.
Time to move away from your pathetic bank

14 Dec 2021, 14:49FNB has still not be capable to resolve ANY disputes / errors. Your secure chat is also not working and now all of a sudden after changing my login and password my profile is *******. Well how true that is only you and your lazy secure chat staff would know. I expect this resolved immediately! I will no longer be banking with FNB
