Useless Assistance and ********** bank charges, not statemements available online.

If I could give less than 0 rating here I would. Whenever I need to contact their online "assistant" it takes hours, you get left hanging without a response, then get routed to "assistants" that are unable to answer your question. Once again I have charges to query and cannot get through to anyone. I get transferred and disconnected. There are no statements available on my profile either and I cant get hold of an "assistant" able to help. Time for a change from ********** FNB. I would recommend that all clients check their charges with a magnifying glass
