Useless and *****ulent services
Been waiting for weeks for my personalized card to be delivered!!! keep following up.. keep needing to book a new appointment... keep needing to confirm address and telephone number. Several calls from the courier..
No card, but yeah I paid for it... No assistance at all

10 Nov 2023, 11:05Still no resolution!!! Just FNB not phoning!! Courier company refusing that I speak to a Manager and putting down the phone in my ear. Even have a high priority complaints reference number - what a joke.. CEO emailed this morning, no response... lets see if he works on a friday
