Useless and rude!

Lost my Card. Ordered it on the app. It states delivery takes 3-5 working days. What a joke!!! 4 WORKING days later I followed up on delivery, agent said she sent the delivery instruction to the courier. Day 6 followed up again, the most arrogant and rude agent I ever talked to, told me it would only be delivered on the 10th (which would be 10 working days later). She kept on telling me WORKING days, goodness I know that does not include weekends. When I asked why this is taking this long, she ended the chat! Very disappointed!
