Useless and pathetic service for a home loan provider that i ever experienced!!!

I find it ridiculous that i am served with an invoice to pay a home loan initiation fee...., ever ready to request payment, yet for the past 4 days I've been trying to get feedback on my previous home loan cancellation! No one seems to be able to provide any feedback or assistance. Emails and calls just flow from person to person and to date I still have no idea if there's a credit due to me and when this would be paid. My bond was to be cancelled end Sept, hence i am expecting to get back the instalment/part of the instalments paid over during this window period.

I will not provide any payment until someone can tell me what the heck is going on there!! After a few days, i will be handing this over to the Ombudsman and will try and change my bank.
