USELESS AND PATHETIC service FNB EBUCKS AND CHEQUE ACCOUNTS

I have been STAFF at FNB and now staff pensioner in total over 40 years .i have a cheque account and opened a staff spouse cheque account for my wife OVER 20 YEARS now. The ebucks tab under family accounts earns points for Both spouse's HAVING a fnb gold cheque account which we do. Our accounts are linked and its been spousal accounts over 20 years!!!! Ebucks now says its NOT a spousal account. I've spoken to 3 useless CONSULTANTS TODAY 17/10 Ndumiso at EBUCKS, Adolphus at FNB cheque account and right now im dealing with another absolutely USELESS consultant KARABO IN CHEQUE ACCOUNTS whose kept and still keeping me HOLDING OVER 25 DAMN MINUTES ALL TO CONFIRM IF ITS A SPOUSAL ACCOUNT!!!! What absolutely DISGRACEFUL and PATHETIC service is this from FNB.
