USELESS AND PATHETIC FNB EBUCKS
Ebucks query, i had no response in ALMOST 3 week's .wasnt happy with my spend rewards!!! Got a call from Kamilah Hoosen 3 weeks later who looked into matter & apologised. In 3 week's all i got was a ref number. NOBODY bothered to call me despite e-mails and phoning ebucks. For ALL this nonsense i requested a gesture for all the inconvenience and it was PROMPTLY DECLINED!!! WAY TO GO FNB EBUCKS.!! PATHETIC AND SHAMEFUL.

I DEMAND a GESTURE from FNB for a query OVER 1 MONTH and further complaints now about my tracker and ebucks and my spouse accounts. What the HELL is going on !!!!!!
