USELESS and PATHETIC. A waste in this world

Account closed with no explanation or notice. this account receives monies monthly etc. sms said its closed and the account holder must go to a branch with ID and Proof of res...the damn account holder is 15. *** is going on....seems every few weeks/moths, this damn bank must give me issues with one if not all of my kids accounts? Seems it is definitely time to move over to another institute...FNB is a complete F.U...just close down and save your clients the misery.
