Useless and Pathetic

We came to the Marble Hall Branch at about 12:20 on this day 07/12/2021 we stood in a que for 2 and half hours before we where able to enter in to the branch. The same people that where infront of the que two and a half hours ago is curently still sitting at the counters. Counter 2 is propably the only one moving the other counters are most likely incompotent to do theyre job for having the same customers at the counter for more than two hours. My son had to leave as his wife and child was waiting in the car for the whole time. Above everything he battles with pain in his knees. And standing for two and a half hours in a que didn't do him any good. We had to come in to the Branch after the even more pathetic operator at customer service couldn't help us and said we have to come in to the branch.
