Useless and now my money is missing and acc in negative

They said they fixed a problem and it got 10 times worse. Money got reserved when the transaction failed and seems like all of it got pulled from my account yesterday. You people don't know what you're doing. I'm seriously contemplating getting a lawyer to claim damages. I want my money returned I'm 2100 short in my account. I can see the transactions. I want this rectified and I'm going to make a hell of a noise on Jacques Celliers Twitter.
