Useless and frustrating service ever done by FNB Secure chat

it is a useless service. They exhausted me from one consultant to another and back and forth without any proper advise.3hrs and still waiting to for someone to assist the person who assisted bounced me to another consultant, which i am still waiting for assistance 3hrs waiting, i do not know ifFNB is doing this intentionally to frustrate us as clients, i cant be complaining about the same service every week with no assistance, why cant your consultant do everything all at once than to be passing me around like ball, as much as they are at work i am also at work i cannot be waiting for 3hrs just to get one thing done , your service has gone beyond frustrating,
