USELESS AND BEYOND FED UP!!!!!!!

I do not know anymore how to get hold of this bank, I checked that my fnb account shows it is in arrears after I have stipulated to them that I have been retrenched due to covid the company closed down. Now, I HAVE ALSO MADE PAYMENTS, YET THERE IS NO WAY TO PAY MY TEMP LOAN AS MY STUPID BANK APP won't ALLOW ME TO TRANSFER INTO THE DAMN ACCOUNT. HOW USELESS CAN YOU BE?!!!!! FED UP BEYOND!!!!!!!
