Useless Agents... Another reason to go digital banking!

So FNB is really tempting me to cancel all my accounts with them... So I opened a business account with them on Tuesday already phoned them three times emailed my company docs through more than 48 hours ago and then the lady says sorry we can't find your email/documents.... I'm getting the card TODAY but the account is still frozen..... Also got a notification to upgrade form Private to Wealth but let's be honest not going to pay a cent more pm if this is the service!!!
