Useless agents and the bank

I have had a very terrible experience with FNB I had debit order that I rejected its mandate because the company did not submit debit order that we agreed on. FNB secure chats they can't help even when I called as advised no one to help as everyone is not working on that department. Once I am put through to that department I will wait for an hour after that the person who will answer still not in that department
