Useless agents and Hello Peter consultants

I posted not to long ago regarding my checque account that was handed over. I then posted on Hello peter and they called me back. Lady advised that R3000 will be the least to settle the account. I informed her that I will pay that which I have done and emailed her back with conformation. I requested her to close the account as they charged me monthly fees of +- R120 for 2 years without me using the account. Now I see the account is still active and people calling me again to pay the account. ***. And here I thought FNB was the so called best bank. They are most innovative maybe but customer service I am sure they right at the bottom.
