Useless admin for urgent matters

Sd***
Sd***
Sd***
Sd***

I have been calling from Friday to obtain 2 visa letters and a travel insurance letter for my uk and schengen visa appointment
. One for my husbands fnb acc and one for myself.
After multiple calls and 3 days, I receive one letter, addressed to my husband, with my name and my four year olds passport number instead of mine.
My husband received one travel insurance letter with our 2 year olds passport number. He did not even get his visa letter
How *********** can you really be?
We simply requested 2 visa letters each and one travel insurance for the family(the airline tickets were purchased using the fnb credit card)

My uk visa appointment is tomorrow. No one responds to emails and I cannot use documents that have my husbands and my names with our children's passport numbers attached. The visa will be declined with improper information. I am at my wits end. This is ridiculous. Are children handling the admin that they can't get it right even when emailed all the requested information? Passport numbers are randomly attached to letters without even looking at the account holders name
