Useless AA feature attached to the Petro Card

Dont' believe FNB be when they tell you they are offering you free road side assistance because T&C's really do apply.<br> <br> With all the hype of the offer of Emergency Road Side assistance with the AA, FNB fails to mention that if the emergency is an accident or collision, the cover does not apply. For the first time in 15 years with FNB I had need of a tow truck on a rainy Saturday evening after I was involved in an accident. <br> <br> When I called the call centre, they indicated that because it was an accident, I was not covered and I needed to pay (wait for it) R1700.00 for assistance before they could process my call. <br> <br> FNB, every time I deal with you as of late I am disappointed. This weekend was the final straw. What good is emergency support if I cannot use it. And frankly, what is the difference between an accident and a break down. Both leave someone like myself stranded and in need of assistance. <br> <br>
