Absolutely shocking service from an institution that I trusted with my accounts and finances.

Logged a ***** compliant over a week ago. Followed up today. There is no case number, no trace of my previous call reporting the case. So in a week nothing has been done to resolve my issue.

No urgency to assist, just incompetence

I'll be moving my service elsewhere
