Useless

FNB let a debit order go out in a negative while I have sent them a letter that I will not be getting paid normally. I want to know why did they let the debit order come out of the overdraft how. I tried and tried to revers it and I aint allowed to do that, I think it is time after 22 years of banking with them to move to a bank that will take care of me.
