USELESS

I've been trying to close my business account for almost a month. Everytime i Call or speak to someone on secure chat it is a different story. In the meantime i have to pay bank fees for the new month because the staff are too useless to process my request. at first it was 10 days then 24-48 hours and now it's another 2 days for admin department to contact me. YOU ARE *****ING MY MONEY BECAUSE YOU ARE USELESS AND SLOW. TAKES 5 MIN TO OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT BUT APPARENTLY 5 WEEKS TO CLOSE ONE. NOT ACCEPTABLE
