Fnb handed off my account to Hammond Pole Attorneys, paid them what was quoted. A month later no Paid up Letter from them and they Claim they need to get it from FNB.Tamera Africa who is the most useless team leader has given me "No answer" I mean I have wasted so much time calling them for them to keep giving me excuses.FNB I want my Paid up letter, you decided to sell my account to these useless people
