Useless..

I went to the branch and asked for a debit reversal like I've done over the years. I waited for 40 mins just to make a phone call. Then the call gets answered after 15mins. Then I state my case, then I'm told I can't reverse a debit that was done on my account that I don't know of, then I'm told it's becoz it is blocked (Blocked by who for what???? thats my account). It means these people will debit on my account again. I am leaving FNB. This didn't use to happen. I'm shuttered and don't have a choice but to leave this bank. After all these years n***
