Worst services ever struggling 3 months for any assistance still nothing even from the branch manager him self I am paying insurance and bank fees for a credit card I don't even own I have premium fusion account with no benefits u pay over 2000 a month on fees and u get jo assistance

20 Mar 2021, 10:39Thank you I would appreciate it if you could please explain to me why I've just recieved an email that I've been declined access on all the facility that's supposed to come with the account(s)(premium fusion) only after 3 months of waiting paying my ass of on fees all for nothing that's waiting my time how many hours of standing in quie I joined fnb for the facility they offer how can I pay insurance and fees on a credit card I don't own iam not going to leave this and sit back after how many promises and waisted hours

25 Apr 2021, 00:08Now this is unacceptable after 3 attempts to lay a complaint and 100 empty promises now i ow fnb 2600 but i have no overdraff or access facility they refuse to give me gredit but i ow them this is day 5 that ive beeb waiting for the agent to get back to me with any answer but yet again another empty promise is there anyone who can please help me about this dilemma i have to take this further where do i go who can i see please all my accounts are in - i cant deposit any money into them its a struggle
