Useless

This post is on behalf of my cousin, Sumaya Essack Late Estate was wounded property was sold she opened an late estate account in the end of October attorneys have transferred the monies into the account ,she is unable to access this money cause they now say there is a smart hold on the account for verification with the masters when attorneys make inquiry the person they mailed no longer works for the master the attorneys have been running around trying to assist but the bank is not doing their jobs they have been there so many times since Friday for them to resend an email for verification to the master which they keep saying they sent but when they check with the master they haven't received nothing Fnb service is pathetic as Sumaya is now under severe stress due to this useless non service
