Useless

Struggling now for 2 months for this useless bank to help me. I am a loyal customer for more then 14 years and get treated like nothing. Never call back and never sort out my proplem. But the dont mind taking my money each month for banking cost but no service. I am moving toe Nedbank. Take my business elsewhere.
