USELESS !!!!

FOREX - Again I can not get my issue resolved for almost two months now.....

Sales agreement in place for the current business, person also works in the business but sits in Russia with his family. He has left the country and will not return.... Sales agreement and employment contract was given but the forex team can not understand the situation clearly. Yesterday I received approval again for the way forward using code 304.... and all was understood. Today I am told nothing is in order and I need to now provide a letter head with the situation and another form needs to be completed. REALLY ????
