Useless

Absolutely pathetic service. I go to have my 1 expired card replaced and the useless woman behind the counter removes the wrong card, then ends up replacing both my cards. Now this morning I see I am being charged R120 for a card replacement fee, for a card I did not ask to be replaced. So I had to pay R120 for someone else's incompetence, and she says absolutely nothing about the fact that I would get charged for her ***** up. Pathetic bank!
