Useless

I have been with FNB for about 15 years and i want to move accounts now. I am so sick of this useless service from them. Their providers that are supposed to help you cannot read or comprehend anything. You have to spell out everything and still they dont get it. Then watch out because they send your accounts to legal without you knowing about it!! I WILL BE CHANGING SOON
