useless
What a useless bank. I pay for a private banker who doesnt know much and directs me to the app chat which has over 2k people waiting in que. Furthermore I am still waiting on applications and loans for 2 weeks? I cannot get hold of them as their lines are always down or busy. People need to put food on the table and Fnb seem to be no help. Useless service, will 100% be cancelling my account.
