USELESS
FNB is absolutely useless. They have been investigating a matter for months, and the apparent Manager dealing with it is ********* and as useless as you get. The worst is the CEO, and the CEO's desk has been copied on this matter for months, yet has not reached out. I have clearly stated that I refuse to deal with the “Manager” who keeps contacting me, and yet she continues to contact me and refuses to have her Manager phone and contact me or to assign someone else.
Furthermore more phoning the CEO's Complaints desk, they refuse to put you through to a manager. So we are paying bank fees for what?
