Hi,

Please advise why no debit order went off for my credit card payment? Today is the 27th & no debit order has gone off. I have communicated with you on your various portals and have been getting many bs explanations as to why the debit order is delayed which I find to be ridiculous. One of your agents advised it is because my debit order date has been changed & I am baffled as to how & why you change debit order dates without consulting with your clients & obtaining their permission first! Who will incur the implications should there now be no funds available in my account because you failed to do your job & debit my account? I am strongly advising that not a single soul call me & ask when payment will be made on my credit card, you not doing your job will not become my problem!!!! I need answers & solutions by lunch time today, please do not call me, I do not have my cards on hand to pass your security checks, I am in no mood for any of this today so sort out your mess & only contact me should this be resolved.
