Useless

FNB is useless yet again. I am sitting in the FNB branch in Fordsburg infront of the branch manager Memory Blouse. And she is refusing to assist me as I don't have my identity document on me as it was ******. But I know for a fact that you can provide an ID Number then a thumb print verification. I done that before. But however FNB Fordsburg staff went on a different training to other branches. Service with FNB is like having a surprise party. You never know what you going to get, They are never consistent with service delivery. Unless it is bad.
