USELESS!

I'm beyond frustrated with these people. I came here ready to vent about their abysmal customer service, but it seems like everyone else is already singing the same tune.

It's not just about the utterly baffling bank statements with balances that defy all logic, which they conveniently can't seem to explain. After being assured that someone would call me in 24 hours, it's now a whopping +144 hours later and still no callback.

And don't get me started on the transaction disputes – one email response and then radio silence.

Oh, and let's not forget my attempts to add another policy. It's like trying to talk to a brick wall – all I get are automated responses and zero follow-up calls.

What a nightmare!
