Useless...

wish i could give a minus 5 star as you guys just disappoint on every level now now my previous problem is solved nice only took 2 moths to sort that out now while i was busy sorting this out requested that the old saving pocket that is dormant the cause of all this headache in the first place to be deleted your agent told me no problem need to follow up on 24 hours with your useless secure chat that gets you no were only be told its still there need to go to a branch... now today @ the branch more than a hour there with only 6 active tickets and we are going no were fast your agents is having a joll talking to each other having a great time and we sit here like idiots hoping to get help sometime today... and i am still not helped still got this damn problem even more annoyed with you guys since starting with you guys years ago have declined on every level so fast from being number 1 to 0 i suggest you start waking up unless you want to lose clients this level of service in any form is unacceptable and if you tell someone you going to do something i damn well expect it to be done unless you want me to move my services to a place where i do actually get service
