Useless

<p>Good day.</p> <p>This is for the ebucks shop manager.</p> <p>I have bought an paw patrol jumbo action pup. When buying it they said the product available is Marshall but when I recieved my product it was Skye and not Marshall. Now they say they dont have it available. This is unacceptable and I want the product that I ordered. I am willing to keep the Skye product but I still want the product that I ordered. The same issue happed twice in that one order as I ordered an frozen anna doll but they phoned me and said they only have elsa which I accepted but I also want the Anna doll as that is what i ordered. I also ordered an fine living coffee capsule shelf. This product is not compatible with my capsules but it says it can take capsules of 45mm. My capsules are dolce gusto. They go in but they dont fit elgantly or anything as described is the product description and i think this item is beyond ****. The order number is ********** 9.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope that fnb can assist me in this matter as i am not getting any assistance from your partner ebucks</p>
