Useless

On 3rd January 2017 I ordered a new cheque card, as I had lost mine. I was told that it would take between 3 - 5 working days and be delivered to me. On the 9th I phoned the bank and was told that as it is still within the prescribed time I should have a bit of patience and "give it a day or two". I called back on the 11th and was told to wait "until tomorrow" I phoned back on the 12th and was assured that an urgent message would be sent to make sure that the card would be delivered on the 13th. On the 13th i never received any notification so I called the bank AGAIN. I was told that the problem was with Mr Delivery and I must sort it out with them, and was then put through which was of no help at all because i did not have any kind of reference number and they could not trace anything by my ID number. I called the bank back and was then cut off - called back AGAIN was placed on hold for over 10 minutes at which time I put the phone down. I have since been on holiday for a week, and have still not heard a word out of anyone - and I still dont have a card !!!!!! Today is the 23rd - 15 working days from when I ordered the card. Is there any chance of me getting a card delivered this month ?? This year maybe ??
