Useless

VOX Telecommunications SA keeps on deducting R485-00 from my Credit Card and FNB Card Divisions seems unable to stop it, does not matter how many times I've tried to explain that it is not for me. It seems that everyone can deduct anything from a FNB Credit Card, and they feel ^%#$%&, because, "we cannot stop it" Getting really sick and tired of their incompetence. Please beware, everyone with a FNB Credit Card. These people will allow anyone to deduct money from you, does not matter if you authorised anything or not

FNB wanted me to open a ***** case, they are simply unable to stop any payment from your credit card, if it has gone through a few times, they ASSUME it must be a binding contract. I resolved it, AGAIN with VOX, hopefully this time it will work. Be careful if you have a FNB credit card, they'll allow anyone to deduct anything, and are unable to reverse anyting. Thanks to Given from Private banking who at least tried, albeit with zero success. FNB Credit Card divisision runs on its own set of rules.
