Useless

Absolutely useless customer service, even more appalling service at your branches especially the Guguletu branch. Banking app does not work, called your app division 3 times and was told to delete the app and redownload it and that sometimes theres a problem with iphone users. Then cellphone banking has been blocked, visited your branches 3 times and its still not working. your customer care line cannot do anything, All they say is visit the branch, which i have said is absolutely useless. Spent an entire week going up and down to different branches and on calls holding through your horrible automated messages trying to sort out this issue and still have not sorted it out. Disgusted by the service. Dont join this bank, high charges with absolutely no benefit, rather go join standard bank.
