Useless

Do not use the passport service at FNB Lynnwood at the Grove shopping centre. My partner and I have been waiting for over a month and our passports are still at image enhancement. And to get hold of anybody is another story. We have a holiday coming in the next few days and will probably lose the R60 000 which we paid for it, if that is the case, my business will be going to another bank.
