urgently need assistance

To whom it concerns<br> <br> I complaint earlier about my situation and was referred to fnb special arrangement department. They asked me to send old and new payslip. I thought they will help me to make my installment less and make the period longer. I was just told that im still getting the same salary. I did not even give them a list of my expenses before they can determine that I can still afford that installment. I was working at other department where I got overtime every month. I have to make temporary loan every month now to survive throuhgt the month.What I dont understand why cant they assist me in short time.They will still get money i just need the installment to make less.I'm very disappoint that they cant assist me. I have to get into arrears before they can assist me.I'm thinking now what should I do?What is the other options.
