URGENT RIDICULOUS UNACCEPTABLE PROBLEM

I always bragged this is the best bank, but now they are causing a major problem. So there was over 700 rands of transactions that was deducted twice from my account. Coveniently 0:00 with the taxi strike. They're response is we're working on it. Great. SO WHAT MUST I TELL MY DEBTORS WHO CAN'T GET THEIR MONEY???!!!! So if they reposess my car then what??? This is a major problem for people who live from paycheck to paycheck. I WANT THEIR MISTAKE TO BE REVERSED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!! Now I cannot pay my debt. This is a major problem. Sorry, I can't pay you, the bank stole my money. WHAT NOW??? Thank you FNB. FIX YOUR PROBLEM AS WE NORMAL PEOPLE DONT HAVE MONEY TO WASTE AND NEED EVERY CENT.
