Urgent reversal of an e-Wallet transaction.

I have been holding for more than 20 minutes on FNB ONLINE BANKING call centre helpline for a rather urgent situation. I need to reverse a transaction that was done in error to an incorrect cell number for the value of R1450.00, Ref no. attached ***, 30 Apr 2015, ***, VODSP9MT7XKC, 1,450.00. I feel this is rather unacceptable for one to hold on this long for this dire situation. As an undeserving recipient could benefit unduly in the meantime..... I need urgent assist pretty please...
