Urgent Resolution Needed for Long-standing Credit Report Error

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding an ongoing issue that remains unresolved despite numerous attempts to seek a resolution. This matter has had a significant impact on my financial standing, particularly in my efforts to secure credit, as I continue to face denials due to an erroneous debt associated with my name.

My engagement with FNB on this matter dates back to July, and yet, as we approach September, there has been no progress or resolution. To my dismay, Transunion still reflects my account as open and unpaid, despite my account having been settled for over a year now. This persistent inaccuracy on my credit report is wreaking havoc on my financial planning and causing unnecessary distress.

What concerns me most is the apparent lack of urgency in addressing this issue on FNB's part. It is disheartening to witness such a crucial matter being handled with apparent indifference, especially when it is clear that the mistake lies on the side of FNB.

I implore you to prioritise this matter and take immediate action to rectify the inaccuracies on my credit report. I have made every effort to cooperate, and yet, there has been no resolution in sight.
