Urgent: Request for Assistance and Call Back
I am extremely frustrated with the level of service I have been receiving. I have been trying to get assistance, but I am continuously transferred from one department to another without any resolution.
It feels like there is a complete lack of human interaction and care. I genuinely need help, but no one seems to be listening or understanding my situation. Lindsey
