Urgent Passport Documentation

Good day, I had sent in an enquiry to ********** last week where I had asked for the process to authorise payment etc to Home Affairs regarding my passport. I had been sent an email on Monday (11.07) that this query will be attended to within 24- 48 hours. I have had no assistance as of yet and this is rather urgent. Ref no: 959704 - Please attend to this enquiry.
